Can I place a custom order?

Creating custom floral arrangements to celebrate life’s moments is at the heart of what we do. There’s something special about creating a gift that reflects the recipients’ tastes & story. If you have particular colors, flowers, or references in mind, we’d love to hear them!

Please note that flower availability varies by season, so while we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests, we can’t guarantee all elements. Reach out to elle@florelle.la before checking out to start your custom order.

Do you deliver?

Yes.
Delivery fees are based on distance.

Within 15 miles of Sunland, CA: $35 flat rate.
Beyond 15 miles: Additional delivery fees based on distance, and extended notice is required.

Is same-day delivery available? What is the turnaround time for orders?

Unfortunately, not at this time. Please include your preferred delivery date and time in the notes at checkout. While exact times can’t be guaranteed, we aim to deliver as close as possible to your requested date and time. We require at least 48h notice.

How do you ensure delivery to the recipient?

To ensure a smooth delivery, please confirm recipient’s availability in advance and provide their name and phone number at check-out.
On delivery day, we’ll text the recipient to coordinate and confirm the drop-off.

How do I keep my flowers for as long as possible?

For best results, keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, A/C, and heaters/vents. Add cold water every couple of days and remove any flowers or leaves that begin to wilt to keep the arrangement looking fresh and to avoid bacteria spreading. If you want to go the extra mile, you can trim your flowers every few days as well (at an angle).
